About us

Pela Global Limited

Advancing mining and renewable energy projects across South-eastern Europe.

Leveraging on our operational presence in the Republic of North Macedonia, Pela is committed to driving sustainable growth in one of the world's most promising and underexplored geological regions—the Tethyan Belt.

We are proud to be an inaugural member of the Blue Dot Network’s Executive Consultation Committee and an active participant in the Minerals Security Partnership and Critical Minerals Forum. These affiliations reflect our commitment to responsible resource development, environmental stewardship, and meaningful community engagement.

Core Strategy

Our core strategy is centred on advancing and developing the Krstov Dol Antimony Mine Restart Project and Samar Gold Project within our Luke KP Concession in the Republic of North Macedonia. These flagship projects position Pela at the forefront of resource exploration and development in the Balkan region, delivering value for stakeholders while contributing to global critical minerals supply chains.

“Pela is uniquely positioned to capitalise on two of the best-performing commodities in recent history, supported by strong future demand projections.”

Initial Public Offering

Pela’s board of directors is pleased to advise that it is currently considering the opportunity to undertake an initial public offering of its shares (IPO) in support of an application for admission to an Australian securities exchange.

If the board determines to proceed with an IPO, Pela will make available a prospectus with the full terms and other details of the IPO, which is estimated to occur by October 2025. While there is no guarantee that the IPO will necessarily proceed, the company will look to provide updates in this regard on its website and/or by email.

Investors who wish to apply for shares under an IPO will need to complete and return an application form that will accompany the prospectus. Prospective investors may register to receive a copy of the prospectus by contacting Pela at info@pelaglobalcom.au.
