The team has been instrumental in securing the company’s maiden acquisition, the Luke KP Concession in the Republic of North Macedonia, and is currently driving the development of Pela’s flagship projects; the Krstov Dol Antimony Restart Project and Samar Gold Project.

Imants Kins brings over 40 years of leadership experience, having held senior executive, executive chair, managing director, and non-executive roles across public and private companies in the resource and technology sectors. He holds a Certificate in Petroleum Studies from the Oxford School of Petroleum Studies and possesses strong expertise in project development. His experience spans mining, mineral processing, natural resource down-streaming, regional development, electronics, communications technology, global trend analysis, and strategic planning. Imants also serves as co-chair alongside Mrs. Gina Rinehart for Australians for Northern Development & Economic Vision (ANDEV), a not-for-profit organisation.

Nik Jovanovski

Nik Jovanovski, a fluent North Macedonian speaker and member of the diaspora, has been pivotal to Pela’s success as its founder and managing director since its inception. With over 20 years of experience in engineering and research and development, Nik has built businesses across the resource, energy, engineering, automotive, and heavy manufacturing sectors.

Vincent Collova

Director

Vincent Collova brings over 25 years of experience in project management across the mining, civil infrastructure, and building sectors. His portfolio includes projects ranging from small-scale initiatives to billion-dollar developments in Africa, South America, Australia, and Europe, having worked with leading EPCM firms such as Ausenco Ltd and Kellogg Brown and Root. Complementing his engineering expertise, Vincent has undertaken studies at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), enhancing his business and leadership capabilities. Additionally, he has a proven track record in trading futures and options across commodities, stocks, and indexes, demonstrating strong financial acumen and strategic insight.

Borko Pavlovski

Borko Pavlovski is one of North Macedonia’s leading mining engineers, holding a degree from the prestigious RTB Bor Mining University. Borko rose to prominence as Managing Director of the SASA Mine, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing operations until its successful sale to Solway. His deep technical knowledge and management expertise continue to drive innovative and effective solutions in mining engineering.

Tony Dominkovich

Manager of Projects

With over 40 years of experience in industrial and commercial engineering, Tony Dominkovich has an extensive track record in project definition, master planning, construction management, cost control, and scheduling for process industries. His career spans numerous mining projects across Australia, the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia, working with leading EPCM firms such as Calibre, Lycopodium, KBR, and ARUP. Tony’s expertise ensures the successful execution of complex projects across a range of sectors.

He has managed large-scale and remote exploration projects, applying multi-physics, geochemical, petrophysical, and geotechnical methodologies for comprehensive mineral system evaluation. Robert Edwards has over 30 years of experience in the natural resources sector, spanning production mining, equity research, investment banking, and board leadership. A Camborne School of Mines graduate, he began his career in South Africa before joining HSBC’s award-winning Global Mining team. At Renaissance Capital, he helped transform it into a resource-focused investment bank across the CIS, Africa, and Asia, serving as Chairman, Mining and Metals. Robert has held key roles, including Chair of Sierra Rutile and Independent Director of MMC Norilsk Nickel. He is currently Lead Independent Director of NYSE-listed Lifezone Metals and a Director of Sandfire’s UK subsidiaries, chairing the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
